By downloading, installing, or using the Heared application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (End User License Agreement). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.
Heared offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions processed by the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period for renewal.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions). Canceling will stop future charges but you'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
If a free trial is offered, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We cannot directly issue refunds. To request a refund, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your App Store purchase history.
To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device, select Heared, and tap "Cancel Subscription" at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" button in the app's settings to restore your active subscription without being charged again.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the change takes effect. You will be notified of any price changes in advance.
